Wolf-tec, along with over 1,600 companies across the country, participated in Manufacturing Day on October 3. This national event promotes the importance of the manufacturing to the US economy and the careers available in the industry.
In keeping with its interest in encouraging STEM education in order to provide a future workforce, Wolf-tec hosted students from the Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-tech) program. We provided an overview of our business. Rich Timperio, Director of Engineering, discussed our innovative products and Paul Wilson, Senior Project Manager, spoke to the students about implementing customer solutions. The day was capped by a tour of the manufacturing process in our newly renovated facility led by Jeff Melvin, Manufacturing Manager.
