The multi-functional portioning system from TVI is the meat industry’s optimum portioning solution. It integrates advanced molding and precision slicing technologies to deliver exact weight portions with virtually no trim. Integrated product molding and state of the art measuring systems optimize yields and accuracy. In many cases end cuts are eliminated.
TVI machines portions any type of red meat, of any consistency and cut type, optimally in terms of weight and minimization of leftovers.
The various GMS models are flexible meat processing systems which, together with standard modules and customer-specific programs, provide an optimal solution for each portioning task. Customized lines, in accordance with customer requirements, can be created from the various machines of the TVI product range and can be integrated regardless of the spatial properties.
