Schröder and Wolf-tec ready to unveil the newest Imax injector model Imax 430

Customer requests for a compact conveyor belt model injector as been answered. Wolf-tec proudly offers the Imax 430 series for smaller applications and those applications with limited floor space.

The Imax 430 features a 17” wide product bed available in both single head and double head bone-in and boneless configurations with up to 378 needles. It features a flexible product advance up to 8” per stroke and needle penetrations between 3 and 12 per square inch at the touch of a button, making it the highest performing and most flexible machine on the market, capable of producing up to 18,000 lbs. of product in the smallest of areas.

Our development was based on the successes of our Imax 630 series which has proven itself thoroughly it all applications of fish, pork, beef, and poultry. It has the exact same set-up capabilities and design features in place, just on a smaller footprint with a reduced product output of 32% making it ideally suited for smaller applications and a more cost effective alternative for our customers.”
