Part 1 - Mold loading and transfer

 

A. Demonstrating the automated mold loading and stacking process. This animation shows only manual transfer of the mold stacks to and from the molding station, fully automated transfer systems to the cook/chill tanks are more popular but based on plant layouts and individual customer needs.

 

B. Animation demonstrates loaded mold stacks being transfered into the cooking/chilling tanks automatically.

Part 2 - Cooking/chilling, de-molding, washing process

 

A. Demonstrating the cooking and chilling procedure in the individual product tanks.

 

B. Shows the finished product transfer out of the cook/chill tanks

 

C. Demonstrates automatic product demolding and transfer
