The Imax 920 series belt model injectors and marination system offer a extra wide 36" product belt. It has established a new benchmark on applications requiring high production rates and/or high finished product yields. This system can provide up to 840 needles for the most demanding applications on pork, beef, fish, or poultry.

This model also features the exclusively designed external brine path and "multi-point" needle manifold entry system allow for the fastest, most effective and exact brine delivery available to your product.

The reliability and soundness of the mechanical design and componentry found in our Imax systems has redefined the benchmark for reduced long-term cost of ownership in our industry. The external brine path and pump permit you to access the entire system in minutes giving you the piece of mind needed with regards to food safety. Performance and hygenic design were fundamental development goals in it's evolution.
