Re-Mixer/Chiller model LK200 and LK400

These units are design to maintain the desired brine temperature that is achieved with a primary mixer/chiller as our model PD250/400. After the liquid has been circulated in an injectors system, it begins to rise in temperature. These re-chillers are completely self-contained units, which do not require anything beyond a 3-phase power supply. Simply plug it in, slide the cooling head down into the built-in "cage" (older brine tank configuration is depicted in the picture below),  and begin chilling!  

The portable chilling unit is connected to the chilling head via a flexible hose for coolant circulation.  Secondly, the re-chillers have a small mixer installed (see picture below) to help keep all vital ingredients dissolved properly during prolonged periods of time. Please keep in mind that the purpose of these re-chillers is to maintain the temperature and not to be considered as a primary mixer/chiller.
